Tuition Payment Policy and Methods

1. Tuition Payment Regulations

• Tuition fees must be paid in full before the course start date.

• Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

• Tuition fees are non-transferable and cannot be used for another student.

• Course fees are fixed and clearly communicated during consultation.

Yoga Maia reserves the right to refuse class participation if tuition has not been fully paid.

2. Payment Methods

Yoga Maia accepts the following forms of payment:

• Cash payment at the studio

• Bank transfer (details provided upon registration confirmation)

• Other payment methods may be accepted as announced by Yoga Maia from time to time

Please ensure that all payments are completed accurately and on time.

3. Payment Confirmation

• Students are required to keep payment receipts or transaction confirmations.

• For bank transfers, please include the student’s name and course name in the transfer description.

• Payment confirmation will be provided by Yoga Maia after successful receipt.

4. Late or Incomplete Payments

• Late or incomplete payments may result in loss of class reservation.

• Yoga Maia is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

5. Policy Acknowledgment

By registering for a course at Yoga Maia, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Tuition Payment Policy and Methods.
