Students are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to prepare for practice.
Late arrivals may be refused entry to avoid disrupting the class.
Please inform the studio in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.
Students should ensure they are in good health before participating in yoga classes.
Any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy must be disclosed to the instructor prior to class.
Yoga Maia is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance or personal limitations.
Maintain silence or speak softly inside the studio to preserve a calm atmosphere.
Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent mode during classes.
Respect instructors and fellow students at all times.
Please store personal belongings in designated areas.
Yoga Maia is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
Wear clean and appropriate yoga attire.
Use a clean yoga mat and towel for each session.
Help maintain studio cleanliness by returning equipment after use.
Follow the instructor’s instructions throughout the class.
Do not leave the class early unless absolutely necessary.
Unauthorized teaching, recording, or photographing during class is not permitted.
Failure to comply with studio policies and rules may result in:
Verbal warnings
Suspension of class participation
Termination of membership without refund, in serious cases
